The central-level power monitoring system consists of a central-level ring-type local area network, which includes the main and standby monitoring hosts, the main and standby servers, the file management computer, and the network.

The station-level monitoring system consists of a programmable controller (PLC) installed in the station's environmental control, electric control room and station control room (SCR) to collect field devices.
